Refund policy 

More than a week (7 days) before the activity: 

  • Il It is possible to move your activity or excursion to available date, free of charge.
  • If you wish to cancel a reservation, there is a charge of 20% of the total cost that will apply. 

Less than 7 days before the activity: 
  • No refund possible

Anytime for all reservations

  • The cancellation policy also applies to any downward modification of an existing reservation, late arrival, or an uncompleted course.
  • No refund is made in the event of rain.
  • In the event of cancellation by Espace Navi, you can be refunded or move your reservation to another available date, free of charge.

Weather policy

  • Our team is constantly monitoring weather predictions to ensure that activities are carried out in safe conditions. We take into account forecasts from several sources in addition to monitoring radar charts when there is a chance of downpours or thunderstorms.
  • We usually make the decision to maintain or cancel no later than 3 hours before the start of an activity. However, we may decide to keep it going but have to cancel or stop it at the last minute. In the event of a thunderstorm, the activity may be stopped for a few minutes.
  • The activity will then be extended for a few minutes in the end. If the activity is canceled after it has started, an arrangement (free rentals, partial resumption on another date, or refund) will be offered to you, depending on the situation.

Activities, reservations, and excursions

  • It is possible to move your reservation, activity, or excursion to another available date. See our Refund Policy
  • If you wish to cancel a reservation, please contact us within a reasonable time. See our Refund Policy
Miss the activity/reservation:
  • No resumption can be made unless the cancellation is made by us.
  • If Espace Navi cancels the activity, it will be postponed until later in the summer, on a recovery date pre-established when booking.
  • If you cannot make it to this recovery, you will be offered a refund. It is possible to be replaced by another person (friend, family, etc.) if you cannot attend your activity/reservation.
  • However, this person must meet the necessary prerequisites for the activity. For all cancellations and changes, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the activity with your order number. See our Refund Policy
